The programme encourages you to develop an enquiring and critical attitude to law, learn to think logically and communicate clearly. You become proficient in vital skills such as legal research, negotiation and mooting - presenting a legal argument to defeat an opponent in court. Mooting brings law alive and you may find yourself discussing a wide range of topics from discrimination in the workplace to third-party rights when downloading music from the internet.
