The M.S. degree in Computer Science requires a minimum of 30 credit hours of graduate level course work. The degree program can take one of three forms: a report option requiring 30 hours including 2 credit hours of report and 1 credit hour of seminar; a thesis option requiring 30 hours including 6 credit hours of research; and a non-thesis/report option requiring 33 hours of computer science classes.
