About the Course
The purpose of the concentration in preveterinary medicine in the BS program in applied biological sciences is to prepare undergraduate students for the pursuit of an advanced degree in veterinary medicine. The concentration curriculum emphasizes a solid foundation in biology, chemistry, physics, animal science and mathematics while offering specialized courses in veterinary medicine and opportunities for placement in internships in the field.
