About the Course
Civil engineers are responsible for the design and construction of all types of structures including single to multi-storied buildings, roads, dams, bridges, pipelines, towers, harbours, airports and railways. Civil engineers also plan, design and test the infrastructure associated with transport, gas supply, water supply and sewerage systems. As a graduate, your advanced skills together with the knowledge and appreciation of the environment, sustainable development, as well as social and political aspects, will impact your work as a civil engineer.
