About the Course

Mental Health nursing involves working with people, their families, carers, and communities – all of whom may experience the impact of mental illness. This includes people with formal diagnoses, such as psychosis, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders, as well as those who do not accept or recognise these diagnostic labels. If you would like to become a Mental Health nurse and are in the North East, Yorkshire and the Humber, Cheshire and Merseyside, North West, Cumbria or North Lincolnshire, this course is for you.
