Filmmaking* MA

at Teesside University

About the Course

Explore theory, filmmaking practice, and storytelling, developing an appreciation of the interdependence of aesthetic, technical, and thematic aspects to communicate intentions. You are supported to identify the context for your own filmmaking practice, and to recognise the potential for your own unique contribution. You also consider spectators and markets, and how to reach and engage them. We encourage you to develop entrepreneurial skills and become a fledging professional who engages and contributes to the filmmaking community. This is fuelled by our Adobe Creative Campus status – we've teamed up with Adobe to give you access to a suite of 20+ world-class, industry-standard creative apps – enabling you to supercharge your creative, communication and collaboration skills.
