About the Course

This course is available to all practising midwives holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Midwifery. It enables you to build on your level 7 studies to gain an MSc in Midwifery Studies by undertaking a research project module. This gives you the opportunity to explore a self-selected area relevant to national or global midwifery practice. You can study this module on a full-time or part-time basis, or by distance learning. The course has two entry points a year – September and January. If you start in September you complete in May. If you prefer a January start date you will complete in July.
