Our BA (Hons) Events Management course offers you exciting opportunities to manage a range of different events and secure essential professional experience. Event Management roles require people who are level-headed and well organised but also enthusiastic, creative and dynamic. Teamwork is a crucial part of running any successful event and in your second year you have the chance to create, develop and manage your own live event as part of a team, working with real clients, venues and attendees. Festivals, meetings, conventions, exhibitions and sports events all make up the events industry, and you will have plenty of opportunities to get a feel for different kinds of events from field trips, attending live events and expert guest speakers. You will also gain hands-on experience working for a variety of clients at locations and venues across the country. Liverpool is well known for its thriving events scene.
