The 30-credit hour M.S. in Animal Science with an emphasis in Nutritional Health program provides you with in-depth knowledge about the animal nutritional space. This includes the fundamentals of animal nutrition, biochemical and physiological responses to nutritional factors, immunology across species, product development, compliance and regulation considerations.
