Alongside the key fundamentals of business, you will learn how to diagnose organisational problems and propose solutions in order to create value for clients as a Change Maker. Your consulting knowledge will be underpinned by relevant academic theory and application to business cases. The course design will give you the opportunity to develop the strong interpersonal skills required to develop rewarding relationships with both colleagues and clients for success in the consultancy and advisory environment.
