About the Course
Project managers are involved with a project throughout its lifecycle; from early feasibility and design stages, through to construction and handover. The role has a wide range of applications, from the management of new build projects, maintenance and refurbishment, to strategic asset management. Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)(Opens in a new tab) and the Association for Project Managers (APM)(Opens in a new tab), this project management course prepares you for a variety of project management roles in the construction industry. You will develop core project management skills that reflect the needs of the profession, such as programming and planning, project administration, risk management, construction technology, contract practice, health and safety, sustainability, and managing people. Project management is a thriving profession in the UK and internationally. By the time you graduate, you will have the skills and confidence to progress as a construction project manager.
