About the Course

Real Estate is the cornerstone of the Built Environment. Society needs spaces in which to live and work; and support the functioning of our economy. The course explores the fundamentals of the Built Environment centring on thematic pillars such as Construction, Finance, Law, Technology and Management, with the focus on Real Estate skills such as Valuation and Asset Management. With strong employability focus, developing insight into commercial management and enterprise, the course can be studied full-time as well as part-time, allowing for the opportunity to earn and learn. Graduates would have the choice of a variety of roles across the public sector in health, education, and housing, and in the private sector in consultancies and commercial real estate firms.
